Real World Dialogue: Where communication, culture & brand strategy meet.
Purpose: To build understanding across cultures, languages, generations, and perspectives so people and organizations can communicate, collaborate, and lead more effectively.
Vision: A world where cultural differences become sources of innovation, trust, and connection rather than misunderstanding and division.
Mission: Equip leaders, organizations, educators, and communities with the tools, frameworks, and conversations needed to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world.
Through inclusive messaging and culturally intelligent strategy, we help organizations communicate thoughtfully, accessibly, and responsively to diverse lived experiences. Our work bridges professional expertise with lived experience to support communication that is both strategic and human-centred.
The practice draws on experience across diplomacy, public health, global retail, and intercultural communication, with projects spanning multiple sectors and international contexts. As the principal and strategy director, Pamela Cunha draws on an MA in Intercultural and International Communication and over a decade of experience in diplomacy, public health and global retail.
Languages: Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. I bring an international perspective to every project.
With academic training, professional, travel, and lived experience across Canada, the US, Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, I have helped organizations build trust, foster inclusion, and deliver effective outreach across cultures.
