Guided by a two-eyed seeing approach, it blends lived experience with professional expertise to create strategies that truly connect across cultures, communities, and sectors.
As the principal and strategy director, I draw on a BA in International Relations (UBC), an MA in Intercultural and International Communication (Royal Roads University), and over a decade of experience in diplomacy, public health, and global retail. Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, I bring an international perspective to every project—helping organizations foster inclusion, build trust and communicate with lasting impact.
With academic training, professional experience, and travel across Canada, the US, Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, I have helped organizations build trust, foster inclusion, and deliver effective outreach across cultures.

Dr. W. Timothy Coombs, PhD-Crisis Communication Specialist is an Associate Professor in Communication Studies at Eastern Illinois University. The author of two textbooks and articles, he consults on issues of crisis management, communication, and PR for clients in the petrochemical, construction/engineering, and healthcare industries.
Dr. Zhenyi Li, PhD - Professor Director and Program Head, School of Communication and Culture, Royal Roads University
Dr. Li graduated with a PhD from University of Jyväskylä, Intercultural Communication, M.A., Applied Linguistics, East China Normal University
He was pivotal in establishing the MA in Intercultural and International Communication program at Royal Roads University, the first of its kind in Canada. Zhenyi received the federal award from Canadian Bureau of International Education (CBIE) for Innovation in International Education Program recognizing his leadership for taking Canadian students to conduct field studies in a cultural immersion residency in China, India, and Spain. Zhenyi received Kelley Outstanding Teaching Award from RRU, and the best trainer award from International Research Institute (New York). Zhenyi has a well-established reputation as an intercultural trainer with clients including: BC government, Fraser Health Authority, City of Richmond, and many non-governmental organizations. Zhenyi guest lectured at Lille Catholic University in France, Fudan University, Shandong Normal University, and Zhejiang Gongshang University in China, and Queens University in Canada.
Dr. Kimberley L. Thachuk, PhD, Senior Analyst and Educator focusing on Transnational Security Issues PhD from Siimon Fraser University
For over a decade, Dr. Thachuk was a Senior Research Professor and analyst directing policy and projects on transnational threats at the National Defense University, the US Department of Defense. Concurrently, she stood up the graduate-level Transnational Security Issues Concentration in the Security Policy Studies program at the Elliott School of International Affairs, The George Washington University. She taught among other courses, Transnational Security Issues, Transnational Organized Crime, and US Security in a Disordered World at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, Johns Hopkins University.
